YC Condos – Yonge at College defies comparison by re-imagining architecture and re-energizing the skyline on Yonge Street. The unique design of YC, is modern and timeless, creating a bold new face for Yonge Street, one of the world’s longest streets in downtown Toronto. From the tower’s 5-storey podium to its extraordinary world-class amenity spaces such as Aqua 66 infinity pool suspended over the city, and being the first condominium in Canada to implement Smart Home technology, YC Condominiums commands attention and defies comparison at 66 storeys.
Mandate
RAD Marketing was asked to launch one of the largest projects on Yonge Street in 2014. This was no easy task, as this was during a time when sales were lowest since the Great Recession. Highlighted by the tallest infinity pool in the western hemisphere at that time, Aqua 66, the project launched with the highest price per foot on Yonge Street, south of Bloor. At over $730/sq.ft., YC Condo sales were so successful that the planned sales office and marketing campaign was cancelled because 585 suites sold within the first two months of the launch. Even in the toughest markets RAD Marketing sales and marketing strategy is a proven success.
RAD Marketing was the first to bring Samsung Smart Home technology to a condominium.
