4933 VICTORIA AVENUE NORTH

We're thrilled to announce that RAD Marketing is taking the lead in sales and marketing for Project Bench, a transformative development spearheaded by Toronto-based Globizen and Court Holdings. This visionary project aims to reshape Lincoln's landscape with its innovative design and forward-thinking approach. Project Bench includes plans for a 15-storey hotel, along with two condominium towers standing at 14 and 15 storeys respectively, offering a total of 375 one- to three-bedroom units.

 

The first phase of construction, slated for the north side of the site closer to Lake Ontario, will feature the hotel and one of the condominium towers, with amenities such as a public plaza, lakefront walking trail, restaurant, retail spaces, swimming pool, and gym. RAD Marketing has been selected to lead sales and marketing for the prestigious Yonge & Rosehill project with Originate Developments. In collaboration with Cameron Stephens Equity Capital and Westdale Properties, Originate has secured notable zoning approvals for this significant residential project at Yonge & Rosehill. Situated at the northeast corner of Yonge Street and Rosehill Avenue, the proposed Yonge & Rosehill development has zoning approval for an impressive 50 storeys.

 

Designed by Moriyama Teshima Architects, with Turner Fleischer Architects as Architect of Record, this mixed-use project aims to seamlessly integrate into the prestigious Deer Park neighbourhood, offering a vibrant urban lifestyle amidst high-end retailers. 3239 DUNDAS

RAD Marketing has been selected to work with Gairloch again on 2 new mid-rise residential buildings at the western edge of the Junction neighbourhood’s main street, Dundas Street West. The residential building includes ground-floor retail space, expanding the high street retail strip further west.

 

The project aims to introduce a diverse range of housing types and further add to the vibrancy of this highly attractive neighbourhood. Launching summer and fall of 2022.
