In 2014, RAD Marketing was engaged to work with Westbank Corporation opening a satellite sales office in Toronto for its iconic project, Vancouver House, located in the Beach District on Vancouver’s waterfront. The building was designed by world famous architect, Bjarke Ingels, who’s vision for the building’s architecture represented a curtain that would unveil Vancouver to the world. A coordinated, worldwide sales team was put together and the project achieved the highest recorded prices of any project in Vancouver. A sellout of the building was completed within months of launching.
