As an ode to the greatest hockey franchise in the history of NHL, Tour des Canadiens 2 is iconic and breathtaking. The building is an architecturally sculpted glass tower whose slender, skewed and tapered forms are inspired by icicles. The dramatic 4-storey high atrium overlooks the St. Antoine-Jean d’Estrees plaza. The atrium’s Skybridge directly connects the building to Windsor Station and the Bell Centre. Another prominent feature of the building is its elegant stone-faced podium that integrates with the heritage building. The luxurious lobby will have a grand hotel ambiance with rich marble accents in a contemporary Art Deco reinterpretation.

Mandate

Launched in 2015, after the sellout success of Tour des Canadiens 1, Tour des Canadiens 2 broke multiple sales records originally established by TDC1 in 2012. At the legendary Bell Centre – Centre Ice event for NHL season ticket holders, TDC2 sold over 100 units in just one day. In 30 days sales achieved 267 units. And after 90 days from launch, TDC2 sold 395 units (that according to Altus represented 85% of the condominium sales of the quarter for the entire downtown core). To put the sales velocity into perspective, one project and one developer would have to sell 4,250 units in Toronto to achieve the same velocity as TDC2 achieved in Montreal. RAD Marketing broke all records in Montreal for the most number of condominium units sold, in the fastest amount of time, by any developer or sales company in the Province of Quebec.
