Tour des Canadiens is Montreal’s first and only sports and entertainment condominium, located in the heart of the city at the Bell Centre – home of the Montreal Canadiens. This is where hockey lives in Montreal, where epic moments are enshrined forever. Straddling the natural ridge between the mountain and the river, Tour des Canadiens is an unmistakable visual landmark. With its sleek and modern profile, the 50-storey tower dominates the skyline with a dramatic architectural presence and panoramic 360 views.
Mandate
Tour des Canadiens was the first tall tower launched in Montreal in a market dominated by condominiums with 300 units or less. This 555 unit 50-storey tower was Montreal’s largest condominium, launched in branding collaboration with the Montreal Canadiens. In 2012, with the NHL on strike, the project debuted to immense success. The strong marketing, PR, and sales program executed by RAD Marketing helped lead to 530 of the 555 suites selling in less than 3 months – a record for the city. 100% of the units were sold before a shovel was put in the ground.
