Job Description
RAD Marketing is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Research Analyst to join our team. As a research analyst, your top priority will be to support the Sales & Marketing teams with compiling, reviewing and summarizing Canadian real estate market data to develop analytics and insights with a particular focus on the high-rise, mid-rise market in the GTA.
Qualifications & Competencies:

Undergraduate degree in math, economics, business administration, finance, accounting or a similar related field

3 to 5 years of experience in areas related to real estate, investment, or financial analysis; investment banking; management consulting or similar

Demonstrated interest and passion for real estate in general and residential development in particular
-
Prior experience modeling complex data relationships and scenarios; strong skills with data manipulation and visualization

Assertive self-starter who can work independently under minimal supervision

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Excellent numerical aptitude as well as demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to apply judgment, strategic thinking, and forward planning

Ability and willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and grow a database by gathering, evaluating, and tracking industry information from a variety of internal and external sources to conduct pre-construction market research on the Canadian real estate market, with a primary focus on the GTA

Identify, establish and manage relationships for sourcing market data and tools
-
Produce and deliver client-ready reports of data-driven relevant market trends, such as for project positioning and layout recommendations, for presentation to pre-construction clients, media and buyers

Perform data modeling to forecast future and emerging trends that impact market demand

Support in the development of presentations and collateral materials as necessary

Other duties as required
