Designed by IIBYIV Associates, the first two phases of the DNA buildings offer residents open concept living with superior finishes in the heart of King West Village. DNA & DNA2 are a focal point in the area both aesthetically and architecturally.
Mandate
RAD Marketing set standards high with the introduction of DNA & DNA2 back in 2002. From their design to the finishes, from their architecture to location, DNA 1 & 2 made an impact in defining a new standard for condos in King West. DNA & DNA2 were well received by purchasers and the industry winning multiple awards, making it one of Toronto’s fastest selling projects in 2002 and achieving some of the highest resale value in King West Village today. The success of the DNA brand is a testament to the power of the innovative condo brand that was crafted and brought to life by RAD Marketing.
